High school fuckboys and jocks are annoying and assholes at worst, but at least they still live with their families and are in the limited social environment of a high school.
Imagine taking one of those, and isolating them in a large house with only other dickhead guys for years, with unlimited access to alcohol and usually an excess of money. Like. Imagine the WORLDS most pampered high school jock, living in an alcohol filled echo chamber of republicanism, weird cultlike community behavior, and rampant misogynistic culture.
